This article explains how organization-level branding can be applied to transactional emails in edyoucated so that messages look and feel like official internal communication from your company.
Who can use this feature?
Configuration is performed by edyoucated staff.
Available on Desktop
Overview
Email branding ensures that transactional emails are clearly perceived as coming from your organization. edyoucated staff can enable branding per organization and apply your visual identity to supported email templates without changing technical delivery.
Customizable elements
From name: Display name shown to recipients (e.g., "Your Academy"). The sender domain remains unchanged.
Logo: JPEG or PNG with safe size validation. If missing or invalid, emails fall back to default edyoucated styling.
Accent color: Applied to headers, buttons/CTAs, and key accents across transactional templates.
Branding affects the visual rendering and the display name only. Technical deliverability remains unchanged; there are no DNS or domain changes.
Scope and exceptions
The following emails will not be branded:
Sign up confirmation code for manual signup
Sign up attempted (existing Cognito/Google/SSO user)
Password reset
Onboarding tips series
NPS survey
Email address changed
Calendar changes for learning times.
Requesting enablement
To enable branded transactional emails for your organization, contact your edyoucated account manager and share the following:
Preferred From display name (e.g., "Company Academy").

Staff configuration steps
The steps below describe how edyoucated staff configure branding for an organization.
Navigate to the organization’s Advanced settings.
In the Global section of the General tab, click Edit.
Toggle Enable email branding on.
Upload the organization logo (JPEG/PNG; validated for format and size), set the accent color (hex), and define the From display name.
