If you have questions about the platform or need to contact support, you can use the integrated messenger feature. This guide will walk you through the process of accessing and using the messenger to get assistance.
Accessing the messenger
From the edyoucated platform
On the top right corner of the platform, find and click the question mark icon.
From the dropdown menu, click on
Ask a question
.A messenger window will open, allowing you to type your question or concern.
Note: Some organizations may not have access to this feature. If you wish to enable it for your organization, please contact customer support for assistance.
From the edyoucated help center
The messenger is also accessible directly from the help center. A launcher menu is located at the bottom right corner. Clicking this will open the messenger, where you can send new messages and view existing ones.
Using the messenger
The messenger system will first attempt to answer your question immediately using an AI-based bot, which draws from the existing help center resources.
If you need further assistance, you can request to speak with a customer service representative by responding to the bot's message. A customer support team member typically responds within 1-2 hours.
Tip: You can see an overview of all your messages exchanged with the support team within the messenger.
