Steps to contact a mentor
Note: Before you begin, ensure that your organization has included mentoring in your learning journey package. This feature may not be available if it has not been booked.
On the top right corner of the platform, click the question mark icon.
From the dropdown menu, click on
Chat with mentor.A messenger window will open, allowing you to type your question or concern.
By default, an AI bot will try to answer your question. Just say that you prefer to speak with a team member. The AI bot will facilitate this request.
Typically, a team member will respond within 1-2 hours, connecting you with a suitable mentor for your query.
