Understanding how edyoucated is classified under the EU AI Act

Learn how edyoucated is categorized under the EU AI Act and what transparency obligations apply

Updated this week

edyoucated uses AI to personalize learning experiences, such as recommending skills and learning materials, mapping content to skill taxonomies, and suggesting learning paths. These capabilities help you navigate the skill library, assess your skills, and receive tailored recommendations in your skill profile and learning paths.

Since neither admission nor assessment decisions are made automatically and the suggestions can be changed manually at any time, the solution does not fall under the high-risk categories of the AI Act. Accordingly, pure transparency labelling in accordance with Art. 50 (‘Limited Risk’) is sufficient.
