Opening your profile settings
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select Settings from the menu.
Managing language preferences
Choose the language of the interface and your content preferences.
In Settings, find the Languages section and click Edit.
Set your Platform language (interface language). Available options:
German
English
French
Dutch
Set your Preferred content language. Content will load in this language when available. The available content languages are configured by your organization owner. Available options might include:
German
English
French
Dutch
Polish
Optionally add an Additional content language as a fallback.
Click Save.
Note: The preferred content language will be prioritized. If content is unavailable in your preferred language, it will be displayed in the additional language if available.
Viewing your login information
Check which email you use to sign in and which organization you have currently selected.
Open Settings and scroll to Login information.
Review your Email and authentication method (for example, Authenticated via Google).
Review your Current organization.
Changing your password
Update your password directly from your profile settings.
In Settings, go to Login information.
Enter your Current password, then your New password, and Confirm new password.
Click Save.
Password requirements: Minimum 10 characters, at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one special character.
Tip: If you use single sign-on (e.g., Google or Microsoft), your password is managed by your identity provider. You may not be able to change it here.
Switching organizations from profile settings
If you belong to multiple organizations, you can switch directly from your profile settings.
Open Settings and locate Login information.
Click Switch organization.
Select the organization you want to activate. The page reloads with that organization's workspace.
Troubleshooting and notes
Cannot change password? You might be signed in via single sign-on. Change your password with your identity provider or contact your administrator.
Languages not available? Your organization may restrict available languages.
Do not see Switch organization? You only belong to one organization. Ask an admin to invite you to another if needed.
To update your name, profile photo, or bio, use your personal information settings.
