Opening your profile settings
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select Settings from the menu.
Managing language preferences
Choose the language of the interface and your content preferences.
In Settings, find the Languages section and click Edit.
Set your Platform language (interface language). Available options:
German
English
French
Dutch
Set your Preferred content language. Content will load in this language when available. The available content languages are configured by your organization owner. Available options might include:
German
English
French
Dutch
Polish
Optionally add an Additional content language as a fallback.
Click Save.
Note: The preferred content language will be prioritized. If content is unavailable in your preferred language, it will be displayed in the additional language if available.
Viewing your login information
Check which email you use to sign in, which organization you have currently selected, and which authentication method is used for your account.
Open Settings and scroll to Login information.
Review your Email and authentication method. This can be an edyoucated password login or Single Sign-On through Google, Microsoft, SAML, or your company identity provider.
Review your Current organization.
Note: If your organization uses Single Sign-On, edyoucated redirects you to the relevant identity provider during login. Organization admins who want to configure SAML 2.0 SSO can learn more in Set up single sign-on (SSO) in edyoucated with SAML 2.0.
Changing your password
Update your password directly from your profile settings if you sign in with an edyoucated password login.
In Settings, go to Login information.
If password fields are available, enter your Current password, then your New password, and Confirm new password.
Click Save.
Password requirements: For edyoucated password login, passwords must have a minimum of 10 characters, at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one special character.
Tip: If you use Single Sign-On, including Google, Microsoft, SAML, or another company identity provider, your password is managed by that identity provider. You cannot change it in edyoucated.
Switching organizations from profile settings
If you belong to multiple organizations, you can switch directly from your profile settings.
Open Settings and locate Login information.
Click Switch organization.
Select the organization you want to activate. The page reloads with that organization's workspace.
Troubleshooting and notes
Cannot change password? You might be signed in via Single Sign-On. Change your password with your identity provider or contact your administrator.
Password fields are not visible? Password fields are only relevant for users with an edyoucated password login. For Single Sign-On users, authentication is managed outside edyoucated.
Languages not available? Your organization may restrict available languages.
Do not see Switch organization? You only belong to one organization. Ask an admin to invite you to another if needed.
To update your name, profile photo, or bio, use your personal information settings.
