Activity type: Indicates whether the certificate is for a learning path, event, or journey.
Status: Shows whether the certificate is Valid or Revoked.
Issued on: The date the certificate was created.
Issued by: The user who issued the certificate.
Finding certificates

Click Filter list to filter by Status. By default, only Valid is selected. Check Revoked to include revoked items, then click Apply filters. Use Reset filters to go back to the default.
Taking actions on certificates
Hover a row with status Valid to reveal the More actions menu (three dots) on the right. You can choose View certificate to open it in a new tab or Revoke certificate to change its status.
Note: The More actions menu appears only for certificates with status Valid. After revocation, the status changes to Revoked and the menu is hidden.
Viewing and downloading a certificate
When viewing a certificate, click Download PDF in the top right to download it.
