Updated over a month ago

Upload multiple Events at once via CSV file instead of creating them individually.

  • File format: CSV (.csv)

  • Import template: Find the download at the end of this article.

  • Contact: Your edyoucated account manager or the support team

Note: The actual upload is always carried out by the edyoucated team. Therefore, make sure all entries in the import file are correct and complete.

Step 1: Contact your account manager

  1. Open the support chat on the platform or message your account manager directly.

  2. State that you would like to perform a bulk import for Events.

  3. Align on the desired go-live date and any special requirements (e.g., mandatory trainings, participant limits).

Tip: Use the same template to prepare future adjustments or additional Events—it simplifies subsequent imports.

Step 3: Send the file to edyoucated

  1. Reply in your existing messenger chat or write to your account manager.

  2. Attach the fully completed file.

  3. The edyoucated team will check the file for formatting and data errors.

  4. After a successful review, the upload to your platform will be performed—you will receive a confirmation as soon as the Events are visible.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the upload take?

Usually 1–2 business days, depending on scope and data quality.

Are Events scheduled automatically?

Your edyoucated account manager can choose from different options during import. Just let us know which setting you prefer. One setting can only be applied to all Events—i.e., you cannot decide for selected Events whether they should be scheduled.

Can we make changes afterwards?

Yes. Just submit an updated import file—we will apply the changes or help delete/duplicate individual Events.

Is there a self-service upload?

Not at the moment. The import is always handled by the edyoucated team to ensure data consistency.
