Understanding access and where to find your reviews
When someone requests you to review a learning path, you get temporary read-only access to that specific path. You will see the Learning management section in the platform's main navigation and can open the Learning path overview page. This page lists learning paths with your open review requests (or, if you have authoring permissions within the organization, it will show all learning paths that exist in the organization).
You will also receive an email and a bell notification when someone requests your review. Both include a link to the learning path and the requester’s comment (if provided).
Reviewers receive temporary read‑only access to the specific learning path. You can open the General and Content tabs to view details and materials, but you cannot edit.
Limitations: Content review is not available for adaptive learning paths.
Reviewing content and submitting feedback
Open the learning path from your email or bell notification link, or via the Learning paths section.
On the learning path detail page, go to the Content tab and start reviewing the content.
In the info box at the top of the page, click Review to open the side panel.
Enter your Review comment in the panel. Your draft is automatically saved in your browser until you submit, so you can close the panel and continue checking the content at any time.
Click Submit review to send your feedback.
Tips:
Use clear, actionable comments so authors know exactly what to adjust.
If content changes after your feedback, expect a re‑invite to close the loop.
Declining a review request
Open the learning path from your email or bell notification link, or via the Learning paths section.
In the info box at the top of the page, click Decline request.
Optionally add a comment explaining why you are declining, then click Decline review.
What happens after you submit or decline
The requester is notified via bell notification (and email). If you submitted feedback, your comment is included.
Your temporary read‑only access to the learning path ends after submission or decline unless your role grants ongoing access.
Requesters can re‑invite you for additional iterations at any time.
