Finding the right learning path
There are several ways to find learning paths that suit your preferences and learning goals. Below are the methods you can use:
Using the learning paths section
The learning paths section provides a comprehensive overview of all available learning paths within your organization.
Click on
Learning pathsin the main navigation on the left side of the platform.Optionally, search or filter the learning paths:
Use the search bar on the left to filter learning paths by title.
Use the quick filters on the left to filter learning paths by provider, categories (only if used by your organization), language, or learning path length.
To reset your filters, click
Reset filters.
Utilizing the search function
The search function allows you to quickly find learning paths by entering specific keywords.
Click on the search field located centrally at the top of the platform.
Type a keyword, such as "Power BI" or "agile management" to find relevant learning paths.
View search results:
Suggested learning paths will appear if there are matching contents.
Click on a suggested learning path to go directly to its detail page.
Alternatively, click
View all resultsto see the search result page with a complete list of search matches.
Exploring your agenda on the home screen
The Your agenda section on the home screen displays any mandatory training assigned to you, including deadlines for completion. These are typically learning paths that need to be completed by a specific date.
Exploring recommendations on the home screen
The home screen offers personalized recommendations to help you find suitable learning paths.
Skill profile recommendations: If you have been assigned a skill profile, you will see learning paths that match the skills in your profile. Learn more about skill-based learning path recommendations in the section below.
Organizational recommendations: Your organization's admin can recommend learning paths for the entire organization, visible under Recommended by your organization.
Skill profiles and learning path recommendations
Skill profiles provide tailored learning path recommendations based on your current skills and knowledge level.
Open a skill profile details page.
Within a skill profile, click on a skill or skill chapter to open a sidebar with learning recommendations. By default, both learning paths and events will be recommended, if matching content is available. By clicking on the Learning paths quick filter, only learning paths will be shown.
Tip: This recommendation logic is available in various sections, including Your skills and the Skill library, ensuring you always have easy access to learning paths that align with your knowledge and goals.
Note: When both events and learning paths are available, up to two upcoming events are shown first (sorted by start date, earliest first), followed by relevant learning paths. Use the chips to filter to Learning path or Event; selecting both (or none) shows both types.
Start learning
Opening and starting a learning path
Click on a learning path card to access the detail page.
The detail page shows the title, content provider, language, duration, your current progress, and a summary of the learning path.
For adaptive learning paths, a skill overview is also available.
For non-adaptive learning paths, a skill overview is shown if at least one skill is mapped to the path.Click
Start learning pathto open the classroom and start learning.
Note: When you open a learning path, the first material in your session does not start automatically. Click Play to begin. After that, autoplay is enabled for subsequent video materials until you leave the session.
Continuing your learning paths
Once you start a learning path, it will appear in the Continue learning section on the home screen, allowing you to easily resume your progress the next time you log in.
