Overview of key performance indicators (KPIs)

The dashboard provides six key performance indicators (KPIs) to help you assess the success of your events:

  • Events: Displays the total number of events created on the platform.

  • Active registrations: Shows the number of active registrations, meaning registrations that have not been withdrawn by the user or rejected by team managers.

  • Attendees: Indicates the number of participants who actually attended the events. This is based on the Attended attribute, which can be marked by the event host on the event details page.

  • Cancelled registrations: Reflects the number of registrations that users have withdrawn themselves.

  • Declined requests: Represents the number of registration requests that were rejected by team managers.

  • Learning time: Calculates the total time spent by users attending the events. For example, if there are five events with three attendees each, and each event lasts two hours, the learning time would be 30 hours (5 x 3 x 2).

Visualizing event data

The dashboard includes several visualizations to help you understand event data over time and by various attributes:

  • Events and attendees by week: Displays a timeline of the number of events and attendees per week.

  • Events by status: Shows the distribution of events based on their status (e.g., Canceled, Draft, Completed).

  • Events by type: Categorizes events by type (e.g., Online, Hybrid, Offline).

  • Events by language: Illustrates the proportion of events conducted in different languages.

Event details table

At the bottom of the dashboard, a detailed table provides specific metrics for each event:

  • Title

  • Start and end time

  • Status

  • Type

  • Language

  • KPIs (see above for a definition of the KPIs):

    • Active Registrations

    • Attendees

    • Cancelled Registrations

    • Declined Requests

    • Learning Time

Filtering options

The dashboard offers six filter options to refine the data displayed:

  • Date filter: Set the time span for the events you want to view. Options include today, yesterday, last week, last 30 days, and more. You can also specify custom date ranges or relative time intervals.

  • Team filter: Focus on users who are members of specific teams.

  • Title filter: Filter events based on their titles. Use the search field to quickly find specific events.

  • Status filter: Display events based on their status, such as Completed or Canceled.

  • Type filter: Filter events by type, such as Online or Hybrid.

  • Language filter: Select events based on the language in which they are conducted.

Note: Filters can be applied using the filter buttons or dropdowns at the top of the dashboard. Additionally, you can update filter settings directly within the graphs by clicking on specific bars or elements. For example, clicking on the Completed bar in the Events by status graph will update the filter to show only completed events.

To remove a filter, click again on the selected element or use the filter dropdowns to reset the settings.
