Use the Project experience tab on your profile to list the projects you worked on within your organization. You select a standardized project, provide your role and dates, and optionally manage the information in multiple languages.

Accessing your profile
Click your profile picture at the top right.
Select
Your profile.Open the Project experience tab.
Adding a project experience
On the Project experience tab, click Add project experience.
In the side panel, select a Project (required) from the list provided by your organization. Only published (non‑deprecated) projects are selectable. If you cannot find your project, contact your organization administrators.
Set Joined on (required).
If you are still working on the project, keep I'm still working on this project checked. If the project is finished, uncheck it and set Left on.
Under Your role, enter your Role (required) and a brief Role description (required). You can provide this information in multiple languages; only the primary organization language is required.
Click Add.
Viewing your project experience list
After adding entries, they appear in your list. The list shows:
Project title
Company
Role
Date range (e.g., Nov 2025 – Present)
Project type
Industry
Click Show details to see your Role description and the admin-maintained Project description. Click Hide details to collapse.
Editing an existing entry
In the list, click the More menu (three dots) for the entry and choose Edit.
Update the Project, Joined on, Left on, Role, and Role description (for one or multiple languages) as needed.
Click Save.
Removing an entry
In the list, open the More menu (three dots) and click Remove.
Confirm in the dialog by clicking Remove again.
Managing languages
Use the language dropdown on the Project experience tab to switch the displayed metadata. If an entry is not available in the selected language, a fallback language is shown. When adding or editing, you may provide role titles and descriptions in multiple languages; only your organization’s primary language is required.
Notes and limitations
You can add multiple experiences for the same project, for example if you held different roles or worked on it during separate time periods.
If a needed project is missing from the list, contact your organization administrators to create it.
Deprecated projects cannot be selected when adding experiences; existing references remain visible on your profile.
