Analyze learning path progress

Learn how to view and filter detailed learning path progress for users in your organization.

As an organization owner, gaining insights into learners' activities is crucial for monitoring progress and ensuring effective learning. While the analytics dashboard provides an aggregated overview, the learning path progress table offers detailed insights into individual learners' progress.

Who can use this feature?

  • Available for users with role Owner.

  • Available on All Plans

  • Available on Desktop

Note: The learning path progress table is not enabled by default. If you cannot access this feature, please contact your edyoucated account manager to have it activated for your organization.


Accessing the learning path progress table

  1. Click on your profile picture located at the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Select Administration from the dropdown menu.

  3. In the left-hand navigation menu, click on Progress to view the learning path progress table.

Understanding the learning path progress table

The table provides detailed information about each learner's progress in their respective learning paths. It includes the following fields:

Field

Description

User

Displays the user's profile picture, full name, and email address.

Learning path

Indicates the specific learning path the user is engaged in.

Last activity

Shows the date of the last activity performed in the learning path.

Progress

Displays the learner's progress as a percentage. For adaptive learning paths, it shows the number of skills completed. For standard learning paths, it shows the number of materials completed.

Completed at

Indicates the date when the learning path was completed. If not completed, this field remains empty.

Remaining

Shows the remaining learning time within the learning path. This field is empty if the path is completed.

Searching, sorting and filtering data

Searching

The table includes a search field to search for users by name, email address, or learning path name.

Sorting

Click on the column headers such as Last activity or Completed at to sort the data in ascending or descending order.

Filtering

  1. Click on Filter list to open a modal window with various filter options:

    • Status: Filter to show only completed learning paths.

    • Membership role: Distinguish between users with owner rights and those with member rights.

    • Teams: Select one or more teams to filter learners by their team membership.

    • Learning paths: Choose one or more learning paths to filter the data.

  2. After selecting your filter options, click Apply filters to update the table.

Note: Click Reset filters to clear all applied filters and return to the default view.

Exporting data

Click on Export CSV to download the data in CSV format for further offline analysis.

Accessing user profiles

To view detailed information about a specific user, click on their profile picture or name in the table. This will open the user's profile page, providing more insights into their learning activities.
