Creating learning materials and quizzes can sometimes lead to errors or disagreements with the content. Learners may wish to provide feedback on these materials or quizzes. This feedback is collected and displayed in a structured table format for easy review and management.

Accessing the feedback table
To view the feedback provided by learners, follow these steps:
Click on the
Content management
section in the left navigation bar.Click on
User feedback
in the left navigation bar to open the feedback table.
Understanding the feedback table
The feedback table displays all feedback submitted by learners for learning materials and quiz questions. It consists of three columns:
Added on: Shows the date and time when the feedback was submitted,
Entity: Indicates the specific material or quiz question the feedback pertains to.
Feedback comment: Contains the comment provided by the feedback giver.
Reviewing and addressing feedback
To review and address feedback, you can open the specific element related to the feedback:
Open the element: Click on the relevant row in the table to view the details of the material or quiz question.
Review details: Examine the content, such as quiz answers or material composition, to understand the feedback context.
Make corrections: Directly edit the selected element to correct any errors or address the feedback provided.
