Use cases and benefits

  • Enables tracking of overall compliance with mandatory trainings at both the organizational and individual levels.

  • Facilitates early identification of overdue trainings and users at risk of non-compliance.

  • Provides actionable insights for managers and administrators to follow up with users or teams as needed.

Accessing the mandatory trainings dashboard

In the main navigation on the left, click on Analytics. Then, click on Mandatory trainings to open the Journey dashboard.

The dashboard is organized into two primary tabs, each serving a distinct purpose:

  1. Metrics tab: Provides aggregated statistics, visualizations, and summary tables for all mandatory trainings (excluding those in "Draft" status).

  2. Raw data tab: Displays a detailed, row-level table of all users and their assigned mandatory trainings, including user attributes and training statuses.

Dashboard filters

Three filters are available at the top of the dashboard. These filters apply to all data and visualizations in the current view:

  • Date filter: Select the time period for which you want to view data.

  • Team filter: Filter data by specific teams within your organization.

  • User role filter: Filter data by user roles, for example, to exclude admins (owners) and focus on learners (members).

All active filters are considered in the data displayed and in any exports or downloads.

Metrics tab

The Metrics tab provides a high-level overview and detailed breakdown of all active mandatory trainings. Only mandatory trainings that do not have the status "Draft" are included in the dashboard.

  • Green: Status is "Completed on time".

  • Red: Status is "Overdue".

  • White (no color): Status is "Open".

This color coding helps quickly identify users who are at risk of non-compliance or who have completed their trainings late.
